skydiving

I am on the plane looking outside the open door. I'm not attached to anyone. My instructor tells me to jump. I have butterflies in my stomach and don't know whether I'm ready to jump on my own. I look down and see the trees and fields. I jump outside the plane and I'm flying.

I have no parachute but I'm not worried. I'm floating in the air and flying around. I don't feel the wind pressure in my ears. I keep floating and flying around. Finally, I come closer to the ground and fly down slowly. I land on my feet softly. I can fly!

I want to keep flying in case I lose these powers at any moment. I run and run through the fields and jump up. It doesn't work. I keep jumping and moving my arms like breast strokes as if I'm in a pool. It works. My feet are coming off the ground. I look around me and other people are flying too! I keep moving my feet and arm, I get higher off the ground.

And then... I wake up.

new rules of soccer?

I am walking through a stadium to get to the other side so I can be a referee for a men's volleyball game. I see a women's soccer game going on. There aren't that many people watching but it's apparently the championship game or something.

I get to the other side of the stadium but the men's volleyball game already happened. Someone had told me the wrong time or I just wrote it down wrong. I'm heading back towards the parking lot to leave when I realize the soccer players are nearing the sideline. I'm trying to get out of the way but I can't. It's too late.

The players are still playing even though they've stepped out of bounds. The ball is kicked really high in the air. I don't know what to do because the ball is right above me. I duck and lay on the ground and try to roll somewhere else [yes, I even felt awkward doing that in my dream]. All the girls are staring at me as I look up and the soccer ball lands right next to me.

I stare at all of them because they're all staring at me. I ask, "Am I supposed to kick the ball?" Apparently, the person closest to the ball is supposed to kick it next. The girls surrounding me are wearing yellow jerseys and so I want to kick it towards the field where the rest of their teammates are but I end up kicking it to the opposing team's coach. He kicks it around on the field and makes the winning shot.

I apologize but the girls around me smile and tell me it's okay. They start taking their shirts off and they're topless. I look around to see if anyone else is seeing this and why no one is stopping them but everyone acts as if this is normal.

And then... I wake up.
