stolen purse

I'm at the UCI gym wanting to go for a run on the track but there are about 40-50 people on the track looking down at the basketball courts because there's some sort of tournament going on.
I see some of my high school friends playing basketball, Joey and Randy, I wonder what they're doing there.

I walk up these stairs to get on the track and as I'm about to start my jog after the crowd of people, people start to spread out. The tournament has apparently ended. I'm walking with the crowd towards a hallway to go outside when I notice out of the corner of eye, a man holding a purse that looks exactly like mine. At first, I think nothing of it but I realize that I have never seen anyone with a purse that looked like mine. I stare at the purse and while he's holding it, it's kind of open so I peek in and I see my insurance paperwork and my wallet. It IS my purse.

I go up to him, "Um.. excuse me, can I see that?" as I grab my purse back. He willingly gives it back to me. This man is a mid-30 year old White man, tall, greyish hair. He tells me, "I didn't want to, he made me. It's my first time doing this." I check my wallet, some money is still left and my credit card and debit card is still there. I patiently ask him, pretending to befriend him, "Ok.. that's fine. Are you just holding it for him? Did he pay you to just hold on to it? What did the guy look like? You can tell me.. I won't press charges. Was he young? Was he old?"

And then... I wake up.
